Are the apartments smoking or non-smoking?
All SerenStay apartments are non-smoking. We want to provide our guests with a fresh experience that matches everything else on offer at our luxury.
Can I have a party in the apartment?
SerenStay has a strict no-party policy. The maximum number of people per apartment should not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance to other guests. Additional charges will be levied to your account if there is evidence of a party having occurred during your stay.
How does the check-in process work?
Experience the convenience of 24/7 self-check-in with SerenStay! You can either use our key safe or collect keys from a nearby convenience store. Say goodbye to waiting in queues or relying on hosts for check-in. Detailed instructions for key collection are provided in advance.
Can I check-in early or check-out later?
Absolutely! We offer early check-ins when requested in advance (subject to availability). Enjoy the flexibility of a late checkout until 12 pm by messaging us in advance, and we’ll arrange it for you at a small additional charge.

Reservation Date Changes and Policies?
If you wish to change the dates of your reservation after it has been booked, you can potentially do so, depending on availability at your chosen location. Please contact our Reservation Team directly to discuss this possibility. To proceed with the changes, kindly confirm your request in writing via email to infoserenstay@gmail.com
at least 72 hours before your check-in date and time. Keep in mind that special offer bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Additionally, shortening the original booking may incur charges, and extending your stay is subject to availability at the time of the request.
