All SerenStay apartments are non-smoking. We want to provide our guests with a fresh experience that matches everything else on offer at our luxury.

SerenStay has a strict no-party policy. The maximum number of people per apartment should not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance to other guests. Additional charges will be levied to your account if there is evidence of a party having occurred during your stay.

We welcome pets in select properties, but not all locations are pet-friendly. To ensure a smooth experience, please reach out to us before booking your stay with your pets. If you wish to change the dates of your reservation after it has been booked, you can potentially do so, depending on availability at your chosen location.
