- Overstaying (ten minutes over standard check-out time) – £25.00
- Please note an allocated time is set for each check out clean which is included with your booking. Extra cleaning in addition to this time will be charged at 42.00 GBP inc. VAT per hour.
- We reserve the right to Charge £250 (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an room/apartment and/or its contents where it is left in an exceptionally bad condition or if we believe smoking has taken place in the room/apartment.
- Kindly be aware that a designated timeframe is scheduled for each check-out clean, covered within your reservation. Any additional cleaning beyond this allotted time will incur a fee of £42.00, including VAT, per hour.
- We retain the authority to impose a £250 fee (in addition to standard cleaning charges) for specialized cleaning of a room/apartment or its contents, should they be left in an unusually poor condition or if we suspect smoking has occurred in the space.
